‘As always I wish for AIK to win the Swedish league. Next season will be special because it’s the first year on our new home ground. Very sad to leave Råsunda, which has been our home for 75 years, but unfortunately it’s being torn down. Like many other Swedish clubs we don’t own our own stadiums, Råsunda has been the national stadium and the FA decided to build this new one so we’re sort of forced to move along with them. Me and a couple of friends are producing a book to honour Råsunda, it will be launched in April just in time for when the Swedish league “Allsvenskan” kicks off. Here is one of the shots that will be featured in the book. After the last game ever played, against Napoli in the Euro League, fans started grabbing whatever memorabilia they could.’
